Jeremy Wurm

Graduating with a Degree in Pharmacology from Adelaide University, Jeremy’s career began with the Commonwealth Department of Health in Canberra, after which he joined the Shell Company of Australia, as a Management Trainee. Subsequently obtaining a Masters Degree in Psychopharmacology from the University of Melbourne, he worked for nearly three years in a marketing role with a Dutch healthcare multinational, at their international Headquarters.

His first contact with Executive Search came in 1983, when he was approached to move to England, in order to take on a Business Development role with a large British pharmaceutical conglomerate, a position he held for five years. He then joined Ruston Poole International in London, spending two years carrying out senior Executive Search assignments for health and biosciences clients throughout Europe.

Jeremy returned to Australia in 1989 after nearly a decade overseas, and established Brooker Consulting in 1999.

He has been a Member of the Institute of Management Consultants since 1992, having become a Chartered Biologist in l987.

Jeremy was for ten years a Director and Board Member of Vision Australia Foundation, and is still an active participant in the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Kate Morton

Kate’s career encompasses a wide range of industries including global executive search, (Chief Executive Officer and Board appointments), education, legal, banking, property and property development, advertising, fashion, the not-for-profit sector, engineering, the media and fund-raising.

She possesses outstanding organisational, administration and secretarial skills developed across varied senior roles such as Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant, as well as Media & Communications Officer.

Kate’s excellent inter-personal abilities are ideally suited to building client, candidate, colleague and service provider relationships. Her attributes also include extensive event management capabilities, both in Australia and overseas.

Melanie Dale

Melanie admirably fulfils the wide-ranging role of Administration Assistant at Brooker Consulting, while at the same time juggling the demands of two young children.

Prior to applying her organisational abilities to executive recruitment, she held responsible positions in the Building Commission and Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

Her career has also involved her in the fashion industry in Australia and the UK.

Claudine Siebel

Claudine is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Registered BAS Agent.

Having worked during the early part of her career for large organisations including Sigma Pharmaceuticals, she has concentrated throughout the past fifteen years on supporting small businesses to realise their full potential.

With her philosophy that “every number tells a story”, Claudine is delighted to be part of the Brooker Consulting team.
